      How to plan a Guytai Event
      You can plan any kind of event for Guy Tais.

      Keep in mind:
      – Location
      – Time involved
      – Quality of Venue, service, etc.
      – Cost of event

      Spread the word
      1. Send out form letter to the newsletter list – Form letter: https://guytai.net/events.htm
      2. Send out a message on the wechat group
      3. Tell others about it
      4. Post it on guytai.net by:
      i. logging into guytai.net and posting through the post page
      ii. Sending the details to bob@guytai.net
      iii. Contacting Bob and getting added to the poster list so that you can send directly through your email!
