I know that a lot of you train to stay fit or compete. I used to be semi-professional and have won a lot of national championships in different sports. To be able to do this, I got a lot of help from sports physicians and dieticians.
Training is not all about training; but more how you train and also how you eat. You can have the best training program in the world, but if you don't get your proteins and carbs, you won't get better.
I am going to share my experiences and some of my training programs with you and I hope you're going to enjoy. The first articles though, will be about the prevention of injuries; usually setting you back a lot.
